Purchases & Refunds

If you are having problems paying for a course then it could be a number of issues. The first is that you are purchasing from a country that the payment system selected doesn't allow business with. An example would be using PayPal from a Mexico address since that government limits the types of PayPal transactions. The other issue may be that there is a temporary glitch in the payment system. In both cases, please try a different payment system since we offer various ways to pay for courses. If you still cannot use our payment system then we can provide you with a manual transaction and register you to the course manually. Due to the nature of our educational system we do not offer refunds. However, we do want to make you happy and satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us immediately and we will do our best to serve your needs and address the issues you are having. Coupon codes can be applied to your purchase in the shop cart during checkout. If you are having any problems with this then please contact us immediately so we can remedy the issue.

Making Courses

Unfortunately, our system does not allow for account name changes. So the one you start with is the one you have forever. Please choose wisely.
If you would no longer like to receive emails from us you can unsubscribe by going to the bottom of the last email you received from us and clicking the unsubscribe link. This will remove you from our email database.
If you are locked out of your account or would like to reset your password you should be able to request this through our sign in window. Go to the login section and at the bottom of the sign in window should be a password reset button. You will then receive an email with instruction on reseting your password. Missing mobile purchase
If you purchased a course on iOS or Android, it's possible that the course was not registered to your account. Please email your purchase receipt to contact@stopmotionuniversity.com.
Multiple e-mail accounts
If you use multiple e-mail accounts, or have a Facebook or Google account, try logging in with the associate e-mail addresses.
